Roman food at its home-cooked best. Family-run, maybe five tables. Everything is fresh and fantastic. On weekdays the lunch food disappears quickly. Not a tourist destination - just real, good food.

My wife and I found this hole in the wall by accident. We were looking for a lunch place and a local business owner recommended it to us. Prices are dirt cheap, you will be completely filled for under €10. Nobody there speaks English except for the son, but they were all super friendly. We had the half chicken, stuffed tomatoe rice, as well as egg plant. All delicious. While we ate, a steady stream of grandparents came in to eat or take away. That's how you know its good.

Small neighborhood takeout/lunch place with pizza by the slice and a good assortment of entrees and side dishes. The food is made fresh daily and goes fast, especially the tomatoes stuffed with rice, a classic Roman summer dish. If you're looking for a quick meal and you're in Testaccio, Da Felice e Silvana is the place to go!

A unique place. I hope it stays that way for a long time. Here you can enjoy good food at reasonable prices for Rome. The food is made fresh by an elderly couple who have run this pizzeria for over 40 years. The owners speak little English, which only adds to the atmosphere of a place for insiders and a local gem. While we were there, quite a few people passed through, mostly locals. The interior has a period look. Definitely a place for those who want to avoid crowds of tourists, Instagram-worthy tables, and bills in the hundreds of euros, but still want to try authentic Italian cuisine :)

My grandmother was a cook and had a trattoria downtown. I'm used to recognizing the healthy, old-fashioned cuisine that I've rediscovered here, in this simple yet welcoming place, reminiscent of a Rome that was so beautiful and so... delicious. The baked potato and artichoke dish remains one of my favorites, along with the beef meatballs! Great prices, and Silvana and Felice's family are top-notch.
